PLEASE NOTE: Neither the HTML nor the WORD application forms can be filled out online, they are merely accessible online so they can be printed out and completed by hand.

ATTENTION: Basset Rescue of Montana humbly requests an $8.00 donation from all applicants. Due to the overwhelming amount of applications we receive, and the time we spend on each one, plus phone calls, reimbursement of volunteers for gas & mileage, etc., it has become necessary for us to request this small donation, which may be paid by PayPal , money order, or personal check. We will send receipts upon request, of course.

DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS: Your help following our Adoption Requirements is greatly appreciated, as it assists with the permanent placement and well-being of our rescued dogs. There is a two week trial period to make sure you and the dog are a good match. PLEASE TAKE OUR ADOPTION AGREEMENTS SERIOUSLY AS THEY ARE CREATED AND INTENDED TO HELP KEEP THE BEST HOMES FOR THE RESCUES ONCE THEY ARE ADOPTED!

If you cannot abide by the agreements, please tell us up front, as we wish to make a dog's "forever" home just that . . . FOREVER!

Please keep in mind that each applicant is treated as an individual. Basset Rescue of Montana considers ALL factors in our adoption process; A FEW REQUIREMENTS ARE NOT SET IN STONE. Individual circumstances are taken into consideration.
