2008 WINTER RAFFLE DRAWING, MAY 19, 2008
Here are some brief clips of Basset Rescue of Montana's 2008 Winter Raffle drawing, held May 19, 2008 in the lobby of Sterling Bank in Missoula, Montana.
The first clip shows the Customer Service manager Linda Haverfield drawing the two tickets. I (BR President Leslie Ames) rubbed each ticket with a different food, one in turkey and the other ticket in beef.
The second clip shows me placing each ticket on the floor withing reach of Peggy, one of our rescued bassets from our shelter. Peggy noses over and selects the winner. She did a wonderful job, and had a great time fulfilling her duties!
The employees of Sterling Savings Bank enjoyed Peggy's company to no end, as the following photos amply illustrate:
